Here at RTX Platform, we wholeheartedly believe in the importance of networking (especially the in-person kind) because it gives us the chance to learn new things, meet cool people, and stay involved with the tech community. That’s why we make it a point to attend industry events (and okay, we also sometimes do it for the delicious food).
For these reasons and more, we are very much looking forward to Forge Conference 2015, an event that aims to bring people in the Philadelphia digital design community together. All professionals in the area who have dealt with user experience, design, development, and digital product management are encouraged to attend to contribute, compare, and come away with useful industry insight.
The event, which is in its second year, will be happening on Friday, October 9th at the Penn Museum of Archaeology & Anthropology.
The conference will feature talks from several impressive industry leaders such as Buzzfeed’s VP of Design, Cap Watkins; Amritha Prasad, a UX Designer for Uber; and King Britt, an accomplished music producer born and bred in Philadelphia; among others.
A few RTX Platform employees will be attending, including Product Manager Jack Li, Senior Front-End Dev Matt Parke, and Senior Designer Dave Ridilla. If you cross paths, say hello!
